Our shipping partner GLS has a liability up to the value of the goods in accordance with the Montreal Convention. With GLS’s AddOnInsuranceService (shipping insurance) you can have higher insurance for your parcel(s) in addition to the automatically provided coverage which is valid for all parcels. Compensation under AddOnInsuranceService can only be paid if the customer has ordered the service in writing before the shipping. The service may not be available for all transport services and shipments. The AddOnInsuranceService cannot be added after shipping.
